For Branch Founders & Team Leaders

100% of the revenue, and a seat at the table

You have already built the team and the book. The question is not whether you can produce — it is what the platform lets you keep, and how far it lets you go. Here is what changes when you build here.

What changes for a branch leader

Most platforms treat a producing manager as a top producer with extra paperwork. That is the problem. Your economics get tied to a downline requirement, a cap structure, or a threshold that grows as your team does — so the more you build, the more the structure costs you.

Here, three things change at once.

Your own production pays 100%

No recruiting requirement to keep 100% of the revenue on your own loans. Your personal income does not depend on your team.

Your team adds a second income

Revenue share pays on the producers you bring in — 10 bps, three levels deep, up to $3,000 per producing loan officer per month.

And your own ceiling lifts

As you advance through the partner levels, the volume threshold on your own compensation drops — until at Executive Partner it disappears entirely.

Most platforms cap team builders. This one rewards them.

Every level opens more

Building a team does more than add revenue share. It raises your own ceiling. As you advance, the volume threshold on your own compensation drops — until it is gone.

Producing status means at least one closed transaction in a payable month. Level requirements, thresholds, and partner designations are set by NEXA Mortgage, LLC and are subject to change — verify current terms directly.

Executive Partner — 20 producing loan officers

Executive Partner is NEXA's highest earned level of leadership. It is not a title you are given. It is one you build your way into.

Executive Partners work alongside NEXA's executive leadership team — helping shape the future of the organization, developing new business concepts, identifying acquisitions and partnerships, and challenging existing models to increase the economics available to loan officers. They help decide the direction of the company.

And at this level, every lender NEXA has pays 100% of the revenue on every loan. The company receives no revenue from the loan on those lenders.

What Executive Partners receive

A seat at the table

Executive Partners vote on decisions that shape NEXA. You are not informed after the fact — you are part of the decision.

100% on every loan, every lender

All 321 lenders pay you 100% of the revenue. No thresholds, no tier limits, no exceptions.

A private physician

NEXA provides a private physician and longevity resources for leaders operating at the highest level.

Your chair at Midnight Canyon

A personalized rocking chair at NEXA's ranch in Montana. More than a symbol — a permanent seat at the table.

Your family is protected

Executive Partners set up an LLC for their revenue share to be paid through. That structure exists for a reason beyond paperwork.

In the event of an Executive Partner's death, all three levels stay open and continue paying to their family without interruption. The income you built keeps taking care of the people you built it for. That is why we set up the LLC.

Executive Partner benefits, LLC payout structure, and continuation provisions are subject to program terms set by NEXA Mortgage, LLC. Confirm current details and eligibility directly before relying on them.

Recruiting is easier when the offer is real

You are not pitching a split. You are pitching a platform that pays 100% of the revenue with no recruiting requirement — which is a rare thing to be able to say honestly.

An offer that survives scrutiny

They keep 100% of the revenue on their own loans and do not have to recruit anyone to do it. Nothing about your pitch requires them to take a risk.

The ecosystem to show, not describe

321 lenders, 7,000+ products, lead flow through FSBO.com, servicing through EVO Lend, a national real estate network, and AI automation. Concrete, not theoretical.

Training that already exists

A purpose-built program with more than 600 loan officers graduated through it — so a new recruit has a path rather than a promise.

Bring your team's numbers

Come with your production, your team's volume, and what your current structure costs you. We will show you what the same business looks like here — 100% of the revenue on your own production, revenue share on the producers you bring, and a partner path that raises your ceiling as you build.

Thirty minutes. Confidential. Your current employer is never contacted — and neither is anyone on your team.
