NEXA vs Edge Home Finance.
Edge and NEXA recruit the same people - experienced, self-generating producers who want broker economics. They are close on the headline numbers, so the difference is in structure, scale and what sits around the compensation plan.
Both NEXA and Edge Home Finance are national broker platforms offering high payouts to self-generating loan officers, and both are legitimate competitors for the same producers. NEXA brings a 321-lender panel, a three-level revenue share and servicing income through eVOLend. Edge is a well-regarded platform with a straightforward high-payout model. The fit depends on how much structure you want around the payout.

The real decision.
Choose NEXA if
You want the largest lender footprint and you value the layers beyond your own production - servicing income, revenue share and the partner businesses. If you are building a team, NEXA's structure gives you more to build with.
Choose Edge if
You are a pure producer who wants a clean, high-payout platform without additional income layers. If simpler is better for how you operate, Edge's model is straightforward.
This is one of the few comparisons where the honest answer is genuinely close.
Talk to producers at both.
Edge does not get to make its case on this page, so make it for them - read their materials and talk to a producer who has been there more than a year. Then ask each platform the same four questions: what is my monthly cost, who sets my pricing, what happens to my book if I leave, and what support do I get on my first file.
Disclosure: I am a NEXA Executive Partner and I earn revenue share when loan officers I sponsor fund loans. I benefit if you join through me. Read this page with that in mind, and compare me to at least two other sponsors before you decide.
