Comparison

NEXA vs Loan Factory.

Both platforms market 100% payouts, so the comparison usually stalls there. The real differences are what you pay monthly, how much of the lender panel you can reach, and what sits around the compensation plan.

Short answer

Both NEXA and Loan Factory market close-to-100% payouts with no desk fees. NEXA pairs 100% of the revenue on its nine NEXA Unlimited providers with a 321-lender panel, servicing income and an optional revenue share, in exchange for a disclosed monthly technology cost. Loan Factory markets a lean, low-fixed-cost model. The honest difference is infrastructure versus simplicity.

The trade

The real decision.

Choose NEXA if

You want the largest possible lender panel and product range, you value the servicing and revenue-share layers, and you are comfortable with a disclosed monthly cost in exchange for that infrastructure.

Choose Loan Factory if

Your priority is the leanest possible fixed monthly cost and the simplest structure, and you do not need a 321-lender panel or additional income layers.

Neither is wrong. It depends on whether your bottleneck is fixed cost or product access - and the answer is different for a 3-loan-a-month producer than for a 20-loan-a-month branch builder.
