Before mortgages I owned a real estate brokerage for 14 years. That is where I learned what the referral side of this business actually requires, and why I understand what realtor relationships are worth.

What you get from me as your sponsor.
- Me, personally, on your first files. You get my cell. If a file is stuck, you call me, not a queue.
- Your onboarding cost offset. I do not want a fee schedule to be the reason you start behind. Here is how I handle it.
- A real pipeline, not a library. I built the Freedom Machine - attraction, AI follow-up and leverage - and I will set it up with you. Asset libraries are corporate. A working pipeline is not.
- Training that is about originating. The platform is easy. Getting referrals is not. That is the part I actually teach, because that is the part I did for 14 years on the real estate side.
- Branch and team support. If you want to build under your own brand, I have done it. I will show you the structure and the numbers.
- A same-day response commitment. Business hours, Arizona time.
- Loan officers you can call. Ask me and I will connect you with people I sponsor. Talk to them without me on the line.
What I am not.
A sponsor page that only lists strengths is an advertisement. This is the rest of it.
- I am not a lead source. I will help you build a pipeline. I will not hand you leads, and neither does NEXA. If that is what you need, a retail lender is better for you right now.
- I do not carry your costs forever. I offset what I can at onboarding. Your ongoing operating costs are yours - that is what 100% of the revenue means.
- I am not a hand-holder. I will answer anything and work your files with you. I will not chase you to make calls.
- I earn revenue share when you produce. I benefit when you join and when you fund loans. That is disclosed, and it is why you should compare me to other sponsors rather than take my word.
- I work from a boat. Arizona business hours, reliable connectivity, and occasionally a different time zone for a week. If you need a physical office, I am not it.
